Guest Reviews

We love it when  a guest checks into the park that has never stayed with us before, and falls in love with all we have to offer.  Here are a few comments from guest's who arrived as strangers and departed as family.

Highly recommend Creekwood Farm RV Park if you are looking to get away to North Carolina! It is right on the out skirts of Maggie Valley! Beautiful, clean and right next to a river! It was so beautiful lit up at night, as they hired the same company the Biltmore Mansion uses to do their Christmas lights. A beautiful 100+year old barn and a sweet lady with a chicken coop is just some of the added perks!”

“I love this RV Park with one caveat – I have to get a creekside space. Because I go in the fall, want to build a campfire, and watch the lovey colored leaves come down and float quietly down the creek. And I stay for several days – if I was just overnighting it a center spot would be fine.  Other nice things about this park are the friendliness of the staff – they take you to your site (always a nice touch) and just generally are very friendly when you see them around the park. They have a small community center, and do offer some activities, and it contains a laundry room, which is clean and neat. But the baths are the big winner. Private baths. Yep, like at home. Lock the door, and you have a shower, sink, and vanity all to yourself. And there are 6 of them – meaning I’ve never had to wait and somehow they are always clean.  The park is easy on/off i40, very close to Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska, and about 30 minutes from Asheville. So a nice location over all. But get those reservations in early – although there are no seasonal sites, many people book year after year for certain weeks/months – so to get the best sites, plan ahead. Well worth it!”

“One of our new favorite places. This is a small clean and well maintained park with creek side lots that are beautiful. They also have 2 small park areas where you can sit by the stream and enjoy the sights and sounds. There seems to be many folks that are frequent guests here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.”

“Very friendly and great customer service! We showed up in an electric vehicle with very little charge. Melinda was so accomodating, and allowed us to charge for a reasonable fee from an unused RV spot. Everyone was so nice!”

If you need a campground in Maggie Valley, this is the place to go.  The Christmas lights here right now are awesome!!  Sites are nice and level.  The staff here are so very helpful and accommodating.
